DESCRIPTION:
This project consists of a two-story optical/medical clinic and office complex operating in conjunction with the UIW School of Optometry, Physical Therapy, and Nursing programs. The function of the building is to offer optometric eye care screening, medical and rehabilitation services to the communities within the East Side of San Antonio. Providing these services offers clinical training for students as part of the curriculum for training optometry students.

The project is located on a 1.2 acre track of land on the corner of East Commerce and Walters Street. 30,600 square feet is divided equally between three floors.
