R. WILEY ADAMS graduated from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina with a B.S. degree in Political Science. While at Presbyterian, Wiley became a 2-time NAIA First Team All-American on the basketball team. Upon graduation, he was invited to try out with the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association and although unsuccessful in making the Pacers team, he went on to play professionally in Italy and Spain.

Wiley has extensive site-based Program and Business Management experience on Federal Services Contracts supporting the USAF.   His primary responsibilities included Contract Administration, Financial Management, Procurement, Logistics and Human Resources. He has managed and supported various contracts at multiple Air Force Bases involved with the Service Contract Act and Collective Bargaining Agreements. Additionally, Wiley has experience supporting Business Development activities to include Proposal Development and Compliance. He Provided support for complex proposals and the initial pursuit work for both single award contracts, Multi-award IDIQ, and task orders for federal Conus and Oconus pursuits.
